Friends Project for Kneelers
Following the presentation of the first batch of 20 kneelers work has proceeded on more and a further 14 were dedicated by the Bishop of Dunwich at the 'Friends' Annual Service on July 8th. We now have over 20 being worked, but John Paton is still looking for more people to work the canvas to enable us reach the target of 146 kneelers. If you wish to help please contact John Paton tel: 01394 450651 Forthcoming Events 16th November 2007 Autumn Lunch at the White Lion Hotel. The Benefits of Membership In return you become part of the great tradition of Christian worship and service in this place. When you visit, you will know that you belong as a friend and that your interest is helping future generations. You will receive occasional Newsletters and invitations to social events as well as to an annual Friends get-together in July. How can you help? The cost is small and for a few pounds a year you will be sharing in

Technique, 1990 and Member of the Metamorphic
Association.
The Metamorphic Technique is a simple approach to self
healing and creativity within the individual. The
practitioner uses a light touch to focus attention on
the spinal reflex in the feet, hands and head, which
was found to correspond to the time before birth when
patterns were created. The practitioner does not
