Suffolk Coasts and Heaths aim to raise awareness of the area, its environmental importance and to maintain the flora and fauna species diversity and keep the area special so that people want to visit it time and again. For more information, click here.


Coastal Images photographic gallery was launched in July 2001. It is owned and managed by photographer Tony Pick and his wife Elizabeth. Tony specialises in images that portray the characteristics of the Suffolk Coast and depict the warmth and isolation through the seasons with subject matter including boats, atmospheric landscapes, seascapes and the inevitable stormy North Sea. Tony has also gained a reputation for his 'On the Beach' informal portraits of children and families and reportage wedding photography. The Cultural Village of Europe seeks to emphasise the importance of village life and it's culture in the 21st century and are looking for 20 people from each of the eleven European cultural villages to join them on a 12000 km journey of discovery through 21 European countries.
